Metal Framework
Vitallium is a pure cobalt chromium alloy free of Nickel and Beryllium, created by a revolutionary
process called continuous casting. This produces an extremely fine and uniform grain structure in the alloy giving Vitallium
tremendous strength and excellent ductility. In fact, Vitallium is so strong it is used in the making of orthopaedic implants
where durability and bio-compatibility are critical.
Metal framework dentures with acrylic which we recommend due to durability, longetivity and overall
mouth health.Complete dentures can be either "conventional" or "immediate." Made after the teeth have been removed and the
gum tissue has begun to heal, a conventional denture is ready for placement in the mouth about 8 to 12 weeks after
the teeth have been removed.
